Sometimes you find the perfect location for a home, complete with the land you want, size of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces…but there’s just one issue that doesn’t make it your dream home. This was the case for Maggie and Garret, a young couple who just had their first baby. They loved their home in Hendricks County, IN, but for the small, shotgun style kitchen. They had several builders give them bids, and decided to go with BGW because of our intense personalized design and building plan. We had some hiccups along the way (as is always the case when dealing with 40+ year old homes), but we were able to come in on budget, and on time.
