This wonderful Avon, Indiana couple needed their unfinished basement to become a #dreamspace to serve their large family. The huge space (almost 2,000 square feet) would be used for parties, movie nights, game nights, and have a spare bedroom for out of town guests. The design was fairly straightforward, although deciding where to put the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and huge television did prove to be a bit of a challenge because of the awkward layout. At the end of the day, the highlight of the project was the reclaimed brick from New York City that we installed as both an accent wall and backsplash for the bar area.
